THE PLACE CALLED HOME


Where do you call home?
There is a statement made by an American famous comedian/actor, Kevin Hart in the legendary movie "Think like a man"..
When shown his apartments in CEASAR'S PALACE, Las Vegas, He said (Kelvin Hart) "This is Home".
The amazement of the services he beheld made him conform that Ceasar's Palace is actually a home for him.

No wonder, many a times, in the hospitality industries, for example in hotels or motels, they tell you its a home away from home..

This agrees to the theory that a home is not necessarily where you live, but wherever you can feel relaxed and comfortable at any given point in time.

A home can also mean where you belong to; hence, this draws me back to a memory lane of those little old days in primary and basic classes. 

After the morning session of our routine meditation cum assembly, when asked to march back to our classes. there is this song that often trips me, the joy it gives me prepares my mind for the day's classes, it was as if the song was specially composed for me.
 I think what interests me most is the drive associated with  me wanting to go Home after the class for the day. The name of the song is "Oh my Home, When shall I see my beautiful home".. I loved this song that i usually raise the pitch of my voice at the second and third line of this song.There it says; When shall I see my home, when shall i see my beautiful home, I will never forget my home..

Where Is your Home?
If this question is randomly asked in a gathering of Fifty persons, What answer do you think will evolve?
Ofcourse, you will get answers, but funny enough you might not get a more suiting  answer for the aforementioned.

That been said, where actually is your home then?

A HOME IS A CHOICE: 
One can choose a place to call home. 
You can decide that the current place you live is your home; where you are coming or going to can be referred to as home, you can as well call a place of your birth a home, a place you were raised can equally be considered a home. 

In which ever way, a home remains were you feel comfortable enough. It doesn't matter where it is, what matters is that you have chosen to make such place your home. You owe no one an explanation for that.

Hence, a home can be a choice, and  making the wrong or right choice about it's concept is just what is left for you to decide..

A HOME IS SELF AWARENESS: 
Knowing yourself clearly, both internal and externally can be home coming.
Paying closer attention to who you are at a place, and what people are to you at a point in time can make you either be at home or become lost, far away from home.

If you are able to ascertain the kind of person you are, practically outlining and analyzing your strenghts and weaknesses. You will be able to make choices that would never truncate your peace of mind.

A home is a place of peace of the mind. A place where the mind and the body is relaxed.
A home with peace of mind is a home of self awareness..

A HOME IS IN THE HEART:
The heart always knows where it belongs. It belongs in a place of comfort and peace of mind. The heart takes control of what it needs to do. It is so lonely, and it is always tangled with love. A home is where the heart finds love, where it feels loved.

Your heart is your home. It is the only place you can keep your secret words, nobody intrudes. it is the only place you can resort to whenever troubled for a decision. 

A homely heart is a peaceful heart, a relaxed heart and a comfortable mind.

CONCLUSION
The home is apparently a place of choice, with consistent self awareness, and a heart yearning call.
You have to plot a balance of where you call home as you consider these three factors.

And don't ever  forget, Your Home is where there is Love, where you feel loved, where you extend love.
