       In the early hours of Wednesday June 8, 2016, the whole world was shocked by the news of former Super Eagles captain and coach - Stephen Okechukwu Keshi. Stephen Keshi was one of only two persons to win the African Cup of Nations as a player and a coach. According to stories from the family, the 54-year old Nigeria football legend, who buried his wife Kate five months ago, had complained of irregular heartbeats and pain in his legs. He was rushed to a nearby hospital in Benin City, capital of Edo State in southern Nigeria, but he died on the way. He died of a suspected heart attack.
